Few days ago i cal PREDENTIAL COMPLAIN DEPARTMENT. n e lady say e system only got recieve my 1 time payment for e past few mths. den i say "i use SAM machine pay de, u dint recieve den i pay to who sia.." i say "my agent tel me tat only from dec i dint pay le, so how come ur record only got recieve my 1 payment nia??" den she say "mayb system got problem, she nid to update e sysytem first."she told me tat "my mth-ly payment de policy alr being cancel liao cuz nv pay!!" deen i say "HUH?? CANCEL! how come i dunnno?? my agent dint even tel me wil auto cancel if i nv pay." she ask me "got any document ant?" i say "my agent dint giv me any blck & white no document!!" she say "she wil go check abt 1-2mths." den i say"within 2 mths i nv heard any NEWS from PREDENTIAL i sure wil ask those newspaper station to INTERVIEW me!!"
